Kerry

Dance Teacher

I practiced both RAD and IDTA at an established Birmingham dance school until I was 18 when I decided to pursue a career as a Physiotherapist. I have retained a keen interest in dance in the interim and have recently completed my Progressing Ballet Technique qualification whilst studying for my IDTA Dance Teacher qualification. I am really excited to be joining the Footlights family and meeting and working with you all in the future!

Melissa

Dance Teacher

Melissa has a great passion for contemporary dance and finding new ways of movement in the body. Having found dance in her teenage years she became obsessed with technical clarity and learning as many different styles as possible. After studying for her degree at TrinityLaban, she finds great pleasure in opening young people's eyes to ways of moving that they may not have seen before. She loves to have as much variety as possible in who she teaches and wants to provide dance classes for every age and every ability to encourage everybody to dance!
