Footlights was the first place Ms Lilli ever took an interest in dancing at age 11. Her initial intrigue started in ballet at grade 1,  she loved the delicacy and grace about it the most. Ms Lilli's technical skills arrived later on and is  now getting ready to take her advanced 2 exam! It’s challenging, but the constant growth always surprises her, and this is something she loves to see when teaching other pupils.

 

She has a real passion for  choreographing, something she only started to do until more recently and can now do more of since she took her IDTA Freestyle Associate Exam. Incorporating different styles and creating a piece of movement that is slightly unusual in some respects, to challenge myself and students when given the opportunity to teach them and break the norms which we are used to.

Footlights Dance School, has such a welcoming environment filled with wonderful people, and that makes is very easy to want to stay and expand my expertise not only as a dancer, but as a teacher.
